About the Role
In your role as Business Operations Analyst (m/f/d), you will be critical in the continued success of our marketplace partnerships. With our ambitious growth targets set for 2027, our marketplace partnerships play a crucial role, and understanding performance to better forecast success will be a key part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Drive the analysis of performance across all marketplaces, deriving business impact and initiating actions to solve problems.
- Act as the first line of defense for operational issues, troubleshooting, resolving, or routing them appropriately.
- Build, maintain, and improve scripts and tools to automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Tech, Operations) and external marketplace partners for smooth operations and strategic project execution.
- Run commercial experiments for measurable growth across marketplaces, from setup to read-out.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Clear experience in Data Analysis, working day-to-day with SQL and translating data analysis into actionable insights.
- Solid experience with BI Tooling such as PowerBI/Looker (2+ years).
- Demonstrable track record of automating processes, with clear examples of building automation for manual inefficiencies.
- Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Clear examples of owning initiatives from ideation through to delivery, with an understanding of business impact.
