About the Role
Assistant Managers serve and support their GM by executing initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching the team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedback from their GM and Region Leader.

Requirements
- Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
- Flexible availability, often working nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must be able to handle physical activity including deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
- Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
