About the Role
We are seeking a Nursing Service Manager for the "Julia von Bodelschwingh" House in Berlin-Charlottenburg. This is a permanent, full-time position with 38.5 hours per week, replacing a retiring employee.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategic and nursing-related goals and tasks based on the latest nursing science and economic principles.
- Ensure optimal holistic and needs-oriented care and support, adhering to labor and tariff regulations.
- Manage and organize the overall nursing process, taking responsibility for care and support quality.
- Oversee the facility-specific management and implementation of central quality management, ensuring compliance with hygiene, accident prevention, data protection, and confidentiality regulations.
- Ensure functional and effective work organization, guaranteeing structural, process, and outcome quality in nursing and assessment management.
- Diligently fulfill the general duty of care towards nursing staff in the professional sphere.
Requirements
- Completed education as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or certified nursing professional with a successfully completed further training as a Nursing Service Manager, or a completed degree in nursing management.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in quality management or a leadership position.
- Possess personal qualities for empathetic and assertive personnel management.
- Willingness to responsibly lead a large team.
- Have business management knowledge and competence in modern shift scheduling.
