About the Role
This is a temporary sales assistant position at the London Stratford Kids store, requiring flexibility for weekdays, weekends, and the full festive period, including Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service, greeting and approaching customers and providing in-depth product knowledge.
- Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
- Process payments, customer orders, and reservations.
- Manage stock and merchandise the shop floor.
- Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in back areas.
- Assist with opening and shutdown procedures.
Requirements
- Flexibility for weekdays and weekends.
- Availability through the full festive period.
- Ability to work Christmas Eve and/or Boxing Day.
- Customer service and/or retail experience is preferable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
