About the Role
David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner with expertise in Forex/CFD, iGaming, FinTech, and B2B sales recruitment to support international clients with specialist commercial, management, and leadership vacancies on a remote, success-based model.
Responsibilities
- Source, headhunt, and directly approach candidates for commercial, management, and leadership vacancies across international markets.
- Screen candidates and evaluate their sales achievements, commercial performance, and industry experience.
- Deliver high-quality, well-qualified candidates for live vacancies promptly.
- Leverage established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM, or MENA.
- Work independently and proactively on multiple vacancies and markets.
- Recruit for roles including Business Development Managers, New Business Hunters, Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Commercial Leaders, FX/CFD Business Development and IB Managers, Affiliate Managers, Partnership Managers, Country Managers, Regional Heads, and Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory professionals within FX/iGaming.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of FX/CFD, iGaming, FinTech, or B2B SaaS recruitment.
- Experience recruiting revenue-generating commercial professionals.
- Proven international headhunting and direct sourcing ability.
- Established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM, or MENA.
- Ability to evaluate sales achievements, commercial performance, and industry experience.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and commercially minded.
