About the Role
This is an opportunity to become the go-to talent expert at EC, owning the day-to-day recruitment activity that helps our business attract and secure exceptional people. You'll play a visible role across the organisation, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, find great candidates and deliver an outstanding hiring experience. Reporting to the Head of People, you'll manage our end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain and develop our talent pipelines, oversee our ATS, Teamtailor and build strong relationships across the industry to ensure EC has access to the talent we need, when we need it. While you'll contribute ideas and insight to improve how we attract talent, this is a hands-on role focused on delivering hiring outcomes, reducing agency reliance and becoming a trusted recruitment partner to the business.
