About the Role
The project focuses on the (re)certification of daycare centers as family centers on behalf of the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Flight, and Integration in North Rhine-Westphalia. Family centers are advanced daycare facilities aiming to consolidate existing family support services alongside childcare and education for children.
Responsibilities
- Support with coordination and organizational tasks in the overall certification process.
- Telephone consultation with pedagogical management and specialists in coordination with scientific staff.
- Contact and relationship management with (prospective) family centers.
- Preparation and creation of certification-relevant documents.
- Project documentation and database maintenance.
- Support with the evaluation of certification-relevant examination documents.
- Work with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
- Students of Early Childhood Education, Educational Sciences, Educational Studies, and Psychology (or related fields).
- Interest in early childhood education, care, and upbringing.
- Communication skills, high reliability, and sense of responsibility.
- Temporal flexibility.
- Structured, independent, reliable, and cooperative way of working.
