About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in the real estate and investment sector while supporting the portfolio management team.
Responsibilities
- Support the portfolio management team in creating and analyzing reports.
- Assist in the preparation of property valuations.
- Support the creation of resolution and investment proposals.
- Maintain and manage data rooms.
- Independently create and prepare presentations, especially for investment committee meetings.
- Support the processing of individual investor inquiries.
- Participate in internal training programs of the Swiss Life Academy.
Requirements
- Studying economics, real estate management, or a comparable degree program.
- Structured and reliable work approach with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Motivated by new and challenging tasks with a desire for continuous professional and personal development.
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and an independent work style.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
