About the Role
As a Keyholder, you will create the best possible customer experience by staying current on all products, promotions, and marketing initiatives. You will operate as part of a dynamic team and cooperate to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
- Ensure all customer questions are addressed accurately and responded to before they leave.
- Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including effectively communicating the return policy.
- Maintain and model a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members.
- Promote the store and brand image in all interactions, including adhering to a dress code.
- Make yourself personally available to all customers to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
- Prioritize brand and product knowledge training and share this knowledge in customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
- Empower team members through communication and recognition.
