About the Role
You will join our Data Science team, contributing to our ReflectAI® tracking technology for real-time form correction, rep counting, and live feedback. You will also be part of the IT team, reporting to the CTO. This role offers a fulfilling experience within a team of accomplished individuals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and the Engineering Team to advance ReflectAI® technology.
- Utilize MediaPipe and MoveNet for pose estimation coordinates.
- Develop algorithms to calculate metrics like total reps, rep progress, rep speed, and form quality.
- Build and train new AI models.
- Optimize AI models for specific hardware accelerators.
- Apply statistical analysis to minimize inaccuracies in complex occlusion scenarios.
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand and execute technical and product requirements.
- Work with QA to resolve bugs in staging and production releases.
- Ensure smooth release of new features, coordinating with Customer Support and Marketing.
- Build and train new AI models.
Requirements
- Experience with feature extraction from time-series or sequential data.
- Ability to develop and implement algorithms for real-time data processing and analysis.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, geometry, and basic calculus.
- Good understanding of probability and statistical analysis.
- Good communication abilities, particularly in effectively and clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals and in writing detailed project documentation.
- Meticulous and thorough in paying attention to details.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Able to work effectively and cooperatively in a team setting.
- Passionate about developing technology that revolutionizes exercise.
