About the Role
As a Partner Manager, you will actively shape the further development of our strategic partnership with Cisco in the enterprise customer environment. You will unite various specialist areas, such as network and IT security, from Computacenter and our partner, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and jointly develop innovative solutions. With your strategic acumen and implementation strength, you will create sustainable added value for our customers, our partners, and Computacenter. Your goal is to maintain and shape a sustainable, win-win partnership to further develop joint business.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a long-term, cross-functional partnership with our strategic partner in the enterprise environment with a focus on joint growth
- Close collaboration with sales, solution management, service, and other central functions
- Further developing the partner strategy and ensuring the implementation of agreements and business plan targets
- Planning, preparing, and conducting partner events and management meetings, including reporting
- Ensuring that your business area remains on a success course with the strategies and approaches developed by you and sales
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or completed degree and professional experience in the IT environment
- Ideally, experience in sales, project, or channel management, preferably with a focus on network and/or IT security
- Existing relationships with network or IT security manufacturers, as well as knowledge of enterprise accounts are advantageous
- Negotiation skills and persuasiveness, even at management level
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
