About the Role
This position transforms the IT environment for employees, focusing on the digital workplace. It involves modernizing traditional systems like terminals, authentication, and collaboration tools, while also enhancing digital experiences (DEX) and incorporating generative AI to support new ways of working. The role encompasses the entire process from conceptualization to design, construction, and implementation, establishing AI-driven development and delivery methods.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize digital workplace transformations, create roadmaps, and evaluate return on investment.
- Define requirements, design architecture, and drive implementation for terminal management, authentication, and collaboration platforms.
- Visualize and improve employee IT usage experiences using DEX solutions.
- Plan and support business transformation through generative AI.
- Promote standardization of AI-driven development and delivery methods.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in designing and building digital workplace areas (terminals, authentication, collaboration environments, etc.).
- Experience in IT planning and operations within a corporate IT department.
- Experience at a consulting firm or system integrator.
- Experience with AI-driven development or a strong interest in it.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Communication skills to advance discussions with clients and stakeholders.
