About the Role
Sephora is seeking individuals to join their team, contributing to a culture that embraces diversity, inclusivity, and personal growth. This role involves actively supporting customers, providing expert beauty advice, and driving sales within various departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide active support and advice to customers in departments such as Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude: Welcoming, Knowing, and Closing.
- Sell products through in-depth knowledge and by building customer relationships.
- Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share it with the team.
- Perform short and insightful beauty services across all departments.
- Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Develop team looks to support brands, trends, and animations.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
- Support merchandising updates, including conversion and construction.
- Conduct inventories.
- Operate the cash register.
- Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations.
Requirements
- Completed training in the respective departments (minimum 6 months training period).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant department.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluent in English or the native language of the country.
- Acts people-oriented.
- Shows creativity and drives innovation.
- Strives for excellence.
