About the Role
You will be responsible for application operations and maintenance, including operational support, maintenance development, and business process improvement for a major education company. You will participate from the operations transfer phase, working directly with the client as the prime vendor to promote operational quality improvement and continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Support for operational and maintenance work handover from current operational staff (Transition)
- Incident response, inquiry response, change management, and work request processing
- Documentation preparation and updates related to system operations
- Coordination and communication with client representatives and internal team members
- Support for requirements definition, design, development, testing, and release in system modifications
- Promotion of ITIL-based operations management processes
- Improvement of operations and maintenance work using ITSM tools
- Continuous improvement activities for system quality enhancement
- Operational support with onsite and offshore teams
- Participation in future offshore operational management
Requirements
- Experience in operations and maintenance based on ITIL
- Knowledge and experience in system requirements definition or overall system design
- Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and stakeholders
- Native level Japanese proficiency (ability to accurately understand complex nuances and expressions, and use them naturally and precisely)
- English proficiency not required
