About the Role
As a Project Manager within the AI Services & Transformation division, you will drive corporate cloud adoption, migration, and operational enhancement projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans, build teams, and drive projects within cloud-related initiatives.
- Manage and advance all project phases from requirements definition to design, build, migration, and operational handover.
- Oversee progress, issues, risks, and changes, and manage escalations.
- Coordinate and negotiate with clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams.
- Visualize project status, report on progress, and manage regular meetings.
- Promote quality management and review of deliverables.
- Organize cloud adoption and migration strategies and support decision-making.
- Manage project financials, contracts, and resource plans.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead in system development, infrastructure implementation, or cloud adoption/migration projects.
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle from requirements definition to design, build, test, migration, and operational handover.
- Practical experience in project planning, progress management, issue management, risk management, and change management.
- Experience coordinating and negotiating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal/external parties.
- Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency (ability to independently conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and internal stakeholders).
- English proficiency is not required.
