About the Role
Auxia is an agentic AI platform that helps enterprises deliver personalized 1:1 customer journeys. Our Decision Agent determines the optimal message, timing, channel, and incentive for each individual user. We are scaling our organization to match our domestic and global needs, and we need exceptional people to help us get there.
Responsibilities
- Work across platform infrastructure, including Kubernetes orchestration on GCP, service mesh, deployment automation, observability, and cost optimization.
- Contribute to data systems, focusing on high-throughput ingestion pipelines, BigTable and BigQuery at scale, real-time feature stores, and data warehouse/reporting infrastructure.
- Develop backend services using Kotlin/gRPC microservices, including treatment recommendation and scoring engines, experiment frameworks, and configuration management.
- Engage with ML infrastructure, covering model training pipelines, model serving, feature engineering automation, and A/B test evaluation.
- Contribute to frontend and developer experience, including the Next.js admin console, internal tooling, and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
- Participate in customer integration efforts, including forward-deployed engineering and building SDKs and integration tooling.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data structures, and system design.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience building and operating production backend systems at scale.
- Comfort with ambiguity and defining problems.
- Product instinct and customer focus.
- Business-level English for daily collaboration with international teams.
