About the Role

Dizzy Bird is a new, exciting vintage-diner casual style restaurant opening soon, offering a lively and energetic atmosphere with delicious wings, burgers, and other food options. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about serving great food to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Leader.

Responsibilities

Lead the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations.
Act as an approachable and confident team leader, providing comfort and support to the team.
Assist with bar-related tasks if required.
Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
Understand guest requirements while creating a fun and lively experience.
Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings.

Requirements

An up-to-date RSA.
Relevant experience in a similar role.
Working rights in Australia.
Enthusiastic to escalate your career.
Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
