About the Role
We are looking for an up and coming hospitality leader to help run our Bell Services team as the department Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of talented attendants and commissionaires to ensure standards are maintained and achieved.
- Delegate tasks efficiently.
- Handle guest queries with the utmost care.
Requirements
- Experience working in a premium hotel environment.
- Experience with leading and delegating a large and diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and guest focus mentality.
- Efficient problem-solving, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
