About the Role

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced APAC Program & Integration Lead to drive the successful delivery of the APAC workstream within a global Data & Analytics transformation program. This role combines program leadership, technical integration management, and stakeholder engagement across business and IT functions, acting as the primary liaison between regional business stakeholders, global delivery teams, architecture, data engineering, and governance functions.

Drive the successful delivery of the APAC workstream within a global Data & Analytics transformation program.
Act as the primary liaison between regional business stakeholders, global delivery teams, architecture, data engineering, and governance functions.
Ensure seamless integration of regional requirements into a global data platform while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, PMO, or Transformation Leadership roles.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones within APAC.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong background in Enterprise Data Warehousing and Data Analytics environments.
Experience with data warehouse modernization and migration programs.
Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar).
Experience with data modeling, data governance, and master data management.
Experience with reporting and analytics solutions.
Experience with system integration and dependency management.
Ability to engage effectively with architects, data engineers, and technical delivery teams.
3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical data domains, e.g. Sales and performance analytics, Customer and HCP data.
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Highly structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach.
Fluency in both English and Japanese.
