About the Role

This role is for a project leader who understands that successful delivery is achieved through stakeholder engagement, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate complexity, as much as it is through methodology and project controls. You will join a growing PMO environment with the opportunity to influence project delivery, contribute to evolving project management practices, and help drive greater organizational capability. You will partner with business leaders to deliver outcomes supporting Evolution's growth and transformation across a broad portfolio of technology-enabled business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology projects, from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation.
Partner closely with business sponsors, operational leaders and technology teams to define and deliver project outcomes.
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
Provide clear and insightful reporting to project sponsors and governance forums.
Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and support informed decision making.
Manage external vendors and delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Contribute to the ongoing uplift of project delivery frameworks, standards and governance practices.

Requirements

Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across business and technology functions.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and business sponsors to deliver strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated success operating within evolving PMO or project delivery environments.
Strong commercial, vendor management and governance capability.
Experience managing project financials, risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
A pragmatic approach to project leadership, balancing discipline with adaptability.
The confidence and credibility to engage with senior stakeholders and challenge constructively when required.
