About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you will create a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at the studio. This dynamic position supports day-to-day operations, manages client relationships, and helps drive membership growth. You will handle lead management, sales, and promotional responsibilities, offering the opportunity to grow within a community-focused environment and gain valuable experience in the health and wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the studio, ensuring it is ready for classes and clients.
- Greet clients warmly and check them in for their sessions.
- Address client inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.
- Provide information on classes, services, memberships, and retail offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting brand values.
- Assist clients with scheduling and membership support.
- Care for children in the studio’s childcare area when needed.
- Respond to inbound leads and convert potential clients into members.
- Actively promote studio memberships and retail products.
- Assist with membership sign-ups and renewals.
- Educate clients on the benefits of studio membership.
- Support management with studio events, promotions, and initiatives.
- Keep the studio space tidy and organized.
- Ensure all equipment and amenities are in top condition.
- Take inventory and restock retail items.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute ideas for improving the studio environment.
- Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.
Requirements
- Must be able to care for children in the studio’s childcare area when needed.
- Must be able to work day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and weekends.
