About the Role
The Specialist Exercise Planner supports the planning, coordination, and management of complex maritime training and exercise activities. This role works closely with Defence stakeholders, Force Commands, and exercise management teams to ensure the delivery of operationally focused training outcomes that enhance force readiness, capability development, and mission preparedness.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of exercise scenarios.
- Coordinate participating elements.
- Manage lessons learned activities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and operational effectiveness.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of joint exercise planning processes.
