About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create modern learning experiences that empower associates to succeed. You will transform complex business problems into engaging and useful learning solutions, utilizing modern design principles, emerging technology, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

Design modern learning experiences across short-form video, microlearning, interactive learning, simulations, eLearning, live learning, job aids, and performance support.
Partner with business leaders and SMEs to understand associate needs and determine the right learning solution.
Transform systems, processes, and role expectations into clear, practical experiences.
Create engaging, memorable, and easily applicable learning content using visual storytelling, video, interaction, and short-form formats.
Leverage Generative AI and effective prompting to accelerate ideation, research, scripting, content creation, visual development, automation, and rapid prototyping.
Experiment with new approaches, gather feedback, use data to understand effectiveness, and continuously improve learning solutions.
Solve tangible business problems through technology and workflow-embedded interventions rather than solely content delivery.
Collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, technology teams, and L&D to develop scalable learning experiences.
Lead projects from discovery through launch, managing priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and multiple projects.
Stay curious about advancements in learning, AI, technology, content, and UX, and propose improvements to the learning ecosystem.

Requirements

Experience in multimedia development, instructional design, learning experience design, digital learning, content design, marketing, communications, enablement, or a related field.
A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, variety, strong visual communication, and thoughtful use of technology.
Experience creating digital learning experiences across multiple formats, including short-form video, microlearning, interactive learning, eLearning, simulations, and performance support.
Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex information into engaging, actionable experiences.
Demonstrated experience using Generative AI and prompting to accelerate creative and learning design workflows.
Strong instructional design and adult learning fundamentals.
Ability to rapidly learn and experiment with new tools and technologies.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, learning experiences, and stakeholder conversations.
Ability to use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve learning solutions.
Experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, video editing platforms, WalkMe, 360Learning, or similar technologies is a plus.
Experience supporting frontline or distributed workforces, technology implementations, or business process changes is a plus.
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to read documents and computer screens.
Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications.
May occasionally be required to lift or carry items weighing up to 15 pounds.
Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
