About the Role

Responsibilities
- Examine damaged vehicles and plan repair processes.
- Communicate vehicle repair status with team members.
- Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
- Determine whether to repair or replace parts based on safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove vehicle components to access damaged areas.
- Participate in required safety meetings.
- Prepare repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.
- Supervise and guide apprentice technicians.
Requirements
- Ability to use a frame machine.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
- Ability to supervise repair personnel.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
Skills
- Analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
Education Level
- Certification in body repair preferred.
- I-CAR welding certified.
Salary/Compensations
- USD $65,910.00/Yr. - USD $180,000.00/Yr.
