About the Role
As a part-time Windsor Stock Stylist, you will support the leadership team in delivering our mission statement to our fashion-loving customers. You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day by ensuring your store always represents Windsor’s Visual Guidelines. You will own merchandise operations in both front and back of house, showcasing your passion for Windsor.
Responsibilities
- Smile and make customers happy.
- Create the Oasis for customers using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.
- Share passion for fashion and Windsor products with customers.
- Provide styling tips to help customers feel confident.
- Process shipment, update promotional signage, and complete markdowns.
- Lead the team through merchandising opportunities and operational focus.
- Seek new ways to create value for guests.
- Follow all Windsor policy and procedures.
- Respect the caring and loyal Windsor family.
- Value diversity and commit to an inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Flexible and reliable with schedule.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for a full scheduled shift.
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Frequently stand, walk, observe, bend, and push.
- Able to access all areas of the store.
- Able to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- Able to climb ladders.
- Able to move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds).
- Work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
