About the Role
Resident Engineer to work on NYCDEP Pumping Station Rehabilitation projects. Requires a NYS P.E. License and a minimum of 8 years of experience in wastewater and water treatment projects. Must be familiar with City specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all project activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Oversee inspection personnel.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of reports, documentation, and payments.
- Review contractor submittals for quality, compliance, and completeness before forwarding to the Engineer of Record.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- NYS Professional Engineer License.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of construction management experience on wastewater and water treatment projects.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Resident Engineer on wastewater and water treatment projects.
- Must be conversant with City specifications.
