About the Role
EIC Activities is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Engineering Manager to provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of Digital Engineering services. The role drives the adoption of digital engineering practices, standards, systems, and innovation to enhance project delivery, improve information management outcomes, and support business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support successful project outcomes through effective Digital Engineering implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and project performance through digital solutions.
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource management, and business growth initiatives.
- Monitor Digital Engineering performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support bid development, major pursuits, and client presentations.
- Ensure the cost of EIC services is recovered in accordance with developed EIC cost recovery protocols.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading Digital Engineering functions within major infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments.
- Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, BIM, information management, and digital delivery practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams and driving organisational capability.
