About the Role
Fanatics Betting and Gaming is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own the allocation of promotional generosity and its impact on player value and business economics. This analytical role sits at the intersection of CRM, Finance, and Analytics, focusing on optimizing promotional spend for sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the framework for allocating generosity budget across player cohorts and promotional mechanics to maximize incremental value.
- Continuously monitor and improve Return to Customer (RTC) efficiency, adjusting strategy based on generosity indexing.
- Build and maintain the flow-through model connecting promotional spend to downstream player value, including cross-sell economics.
- Act as the primary interface with Finance for generosity and promotional spend, building investment cases for new initiatives.
- Partner with Analytics to track performance and refine generosity strategy.
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Finance to align generosity and flowthrough strategy with growth objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a growth, CRM, or commercial strategy role, ideally in iGaming, iCasino, or a highly regulated digital business.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience building investment cases.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
- Experience designing or managing bonusing/generosity frameworks and measuring ROI.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, CRM, Product, and Analytics.
