About the Role
This role focuses on leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards while achieving measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring achievement of scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and measurable business outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans, setting clear milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and success criteria
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and operating rhythms for cross-functional teams
- Drive revenue forecasting, SOW creation, scope tracking, and P&L management to consistently meet financial targets and business objectives
- Facilitate project planning, status reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings to ensure transparent progress and proactive issue resolution
- Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve blockers to maintain project health and predictability
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams, projects, and third-party partners, fostering seamless collaboration and timely decision-making
- Continuously optimize delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance team effectiveness, quality, and operational readiness
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in delivery and program management, including significant leadership of complex, cross-functional projects in technology-driven environments
