About the Role
Shine is seeking a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team, specializing in professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting installations. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, learns quickly, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
- Pressure wash driveways, patios, buildings, and other exterior surfaces.
- Install, maintain, and remove Christmas lights and holiday decorations.
- Safely work on ladders, rooftops, and elevated areas.
- Properly use and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
- Work efficiently with team members to complete jobs on schedule.
- Provide professional, friendly service to customers.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and rooftops.
- Must be able to work outdoors in Texas weather, including summer heat and colder winter temperatures.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop.
- Must be available to meet at the shop by 7:30 AM daily, with earlier start times during November for Christmas light installations.
- Must be hardworking, dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Must be a quick learner who can follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive outdoor work.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Must be detail-oriented and take pride in doing quality work.
