About the Role
TA/LV Petroleum is seeking a Truck Shop Manager to oversee the full truck service department at our Rogers location, taking ownership of shop performance, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily shop operations, ensuring timely and professional service for heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs.
- Manage technicians and service staff, including recruitment, coaching, and development.
- Drive revenue and profitability by monitoring KPIs and implementing initiatives to grow shop revenue, manage labor costs, and reduce downtime.
- Champion safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Engage with customers, resolve escalations, and ensure a positive service experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading truck service, diesel repair, or related service center operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems.
- 3+ years in a supervisory/management role, preferably in truck stop, service bay, or logistics environments.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and inspire a diverse team.
- Comfort using systems for scheduling, work order management, and parts inventory.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
