About the Role

This role serves as the lead people partner for leaders in investment management and corporate functions across GSA, Dot, and Yugo. As part of the global people leadership team, you will build deep partnerships with executives, support commercial, investment, and financial client groups, and ensure the organization has the necessary capability and talent for growth. You will support approximately 300 employees globally, working with investment management, real estate professionals, and corporate functions. Global HR experience and the ability to guide leaders through key people decisions are crucial, as is a practical, resilient, and good-humored approach.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic people partner to senior leaders, providing practical, commercially grounded advice and constructive challenge.
  • Translate business strategy, growth plans, and investment priorities into clear people plans, workforce requirements, and organizational priorities.
  • Partner on business transformation, integration, and growth (organic and inorganic), ensuring people implications are identified and delivered effectively.
  • Lead workforce and succession planning, identifying critical roles, capability gaps, key-person risks, and future talent requirements.
  • Partner with leaders on performance, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, engagement, culture, and organizational health.
  • Coach senior leaders through complex people decisions and employee relations matters, balancing commercial outcomes, employee experience, and risk.
  • Collaborate with Talent, Learning & Development, and People Operations to embed effective talent, performance, reward, and development practices.
  • Utilize people data and insight to identify trends, inform decisions, and measure the impact of people initiatives.
  • Lead organizational design and operating model work, including role clarity, structure, capability assessment, and change implementation.
  • Build effective relationships across Dot businesses and geographies, sharing best practices while respecting local market requirements and employment frameworks.
  • Support the evolution of Dot’s global People operating model, simplifying ways of working and improving the experience for leaders and employees.

Requirements

  • Significant senior HR business partnering experience in a corporate environment, preferably in real estate, financial services, technology, or investment management.
  • Demonstrable global experience partnering across multiple countries, cultures, and jurisdictions in a matrix or portfolio environment.
  • Proven experience advising c-suite executives and senior leadership teams, with the credibility to influence, challenge, and coach at the highest levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of how people, organization, and talent decisions support business performance and value creation.
  • Experience leading organizational design, transformation, workforce planning, succession, and complex change programs.
  • Broad HR expertise across the employee lifecycle, with sound judgment in complex employee relations and people risk matters.
  • Experience leading and developing HR or business partnering teams and working effectively with specialist People functions.
  • Comfort using data, insight, and business metrics to shape priorities and support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of employment practices across multiple jurisdictions; direct exposure to UK and/or US employment environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, international, or investment-backed organization would be advantageous.
  • Commercial and pragmatic, with the ability to connect people priorities directly to business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting into the detail and driving execution.
  • High emotional intelligence with a confident, credible, and appropriately challenging influencing style.
  • Builds trusted relationships quickly across seniority levels, businesses, functions, and geographies.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, pace, and competing priorities in a complex global environment.
  • Uses sound judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive and high-impact issues.
