About the Role
Capco's Associate Talent Program (ATP) is a flagship early-career development program for future consultants, designed for recent graduates and early professionals. It immerses participants in a fast-paced environment where business meets technology, focusing on developing both technical and interpersonal skills, including AI fluency. Participants will work on client projects, rotating across different domains and taking on roles such as Business Analyst, AI Strategy Consultant, and Tech Generalist.
Responsibilities
- Work on client projects, taking on meaningful responsibilities from the start.
- Rotate across different business and technical domains to build versatility.
- Research market trends and create structured recommendations.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
- Build client-ready presentations or prototypes using GenAI tools.
- Help define change strategies and rollout plans for large transformations.
- Contribute to shaping Capco’s own AI capabilities and offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation date between Winter 2026 – Spring 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
- 0–1.5 years of full-time post-grad experience.
- U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents only).

- A strategic thinker who can break down complex business problems.
- A strong communicator - confident, polished, and presentable in front of clients.
- A generalist technologist - fluent in how modern technologies, especially AI, can transform businesses.
