About the Role
This is a wraparound role with a difference. Breakfast club and after school club sit alongside a business built on sport, music and fun, so the children in your care get more than a waiting room at the end of the school day. - Ensure the provision meets Ofsted requirements and follows the school’s safeguarding, child protection and health and safety policies.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, and manage the day-to-day relationship with the client school.
- Manage holiday camps during the school holidays, leading staff and keeping every day safe and well run.
- Deliver the team’s key performance indicators and help the provision grow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare, teaching, nannying or a similar role supervising and caring for children.
- Confident leading a team and organising busy sessions while staying calm and flexible.
