About the Role
This role focuses on identifying and solving business problems that lead to financial losses or missed growth opportunities within the German market. The successful candidate will design, document, and implement solutions through step-by-step Playbooks, ensuring adoption and driving high ROI.
Responsibilities
- Find and qualify high-value business problems by digging into root causes, calculating financial opportunity, and prioritizing issues.
- Frame problems for testing by defining target cohorts, financial parameters, and business constraints.
- Write practical operational Playbooks by codifying validated solutions into clear instructions, rules, and target metrics.
- Drive cross-market adoption by coaching regional operational teams, tracking implementation, and ensuring new ways of working are embedded.
- Connect tech, data, and field teams by acting as a central translator between AI & Data, Experimentation, and Market Ops.
- Maintain the commercial perspective by anchoring solution development in customer and partner needs.
- Step into their shoes by working alongside local market teams to resolve operational barriers and ensure Playbooks are realistic.
- Break down silos by aligning commercial, operational, and technical leadership around shared capability goals without relying on line authority.
- Own results by tracking adoption rates and measuring bottom-line commercial impact.
- Raise the bar on continuous improvement by building feedback loops that update existing Playbooks.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, growth drivers, and profit levers.
- Ability to break down ambiguous business challenges into actionable problem statements and clear frameworks.
- Skilled at estimating financial ROI, analyzing commercial trade-offs, and prioritizing high-impact work.
- Talent for translating complex, messy operational processes into concise, adoption-ready Playbooks.
- Proven ability to align analytical, operational, and technology teams around a shared project vision.
- Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable driving accountability and progress across matrix teams.
- Demonstrated success rolling out new processes and driving operational change across decentralized teams.
- Deeply focused on practical market impact, tracking metrics, and ensuring tools get used in the real world.
- Passionate about challenging the status quo, uncovering root causes behind operational friction, and driving efficiency.
