About the Role
Therapy Aides are valued members of our clinic team, ensuring equipment and clinic safety and cleanliness. They support the front office by answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and their families. This role is ideal for students pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy, or for anyone passionate about healthcare and helping others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for patients.
- Answer phones.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.

- Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
