  • Define and track core product operations metrics.

  • Support recurring reporting cadences with clean, trusted data.
  • Monitor data quality and drive hygiene standards across reporting systems.
  • Design and document repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, intake, and roadmap reviews.
  • Identify and resolve friction points and manual work in the product development lifecycle.
  • Build templates, playbooks, and checklists to support product managers.
  • Act as a resource for product managers on shared tools and processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional handoffs between Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM.
  • Standardize processes across pods while allowing for necessary flexibility.
  • Partner with product leadership to translate strategy into a trackable roadmap.
  • Run the rhythm of planning cycles, including quarterly/annual planning, roadmap reviews, and business reviews.
  • Monitor progress against strategic priorities and flag deviations.
  • Support trade-off and prioritization conversations.
  • Ensure work within pods visibly aligns with company-level strategic themes.
  • Ensure decisions made in reviews are reflected in daily work systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or a Product Analyst/Management role, ideally supporting or working inside of a product or engineering organization.
  • Comfort building dashboards and reports (in PPM tool, Tableau, Looker, or Google Sheets/Excel).
  • SQL is a plus.
  • Experience using LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to augment workflows.
  • Experience designing and documenting repeatable processes (intake, prioritization, planning cadences).
  • Comfort facilitating conversations where strategic priorities and execution are in tension.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Generalist mindset with comfort in technical configuration, process design, and data/reporting.
  • Bias toward identifying and fixing inefficiencies.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously on a small, fast-moving team with shifting priorities.
