Drive product vision, strategy, and execution to align with business objectives and customer needs. Influence cross-functional teams, optimize product value, and ensure long-term success through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develops and drives the long-term product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Defines and prioritizes strategic product initiatives, balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Establishes and tracks success metrics to measure product performance and inform continuous improvements.
- Leads complex problem-solving, synthesizing research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input to shape product direction.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to influence priorities, secure buy-in, and drive alignment across teams.
- Translates complex technical concepts into business insights, ensuring stakeholder understanding and engagement.
- Mentors and coaches product managers and cross-functional partners, promoting best practices and fostering a product-first mindset.
- Advocates for modern product management and development methodologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or software development.
- 1 - 3 year experience in Supply Chain
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Preferred experience with Jira
- Preferred experience with WMS system architecture (4 walls)
- Experience in DC Operations specific to Network Optimization, Labor Management, etc
- Stakeholder Relations
Experience Level
- Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
