About the Role

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager to lead B2B Marketing Technology. This role will own the B2B marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, sales tool connections, B2B websites, and associated data models and flows. Responsibilities include setting web and information architecture, defining attribution priorities, addressing data gaps, redesigning system architecture, and building automations. The role involves leading the B2B MarTech team and collaborating with various departments to establish the long-term B2B marketing technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for B2B marketing automation across business lines.
  • Design lead flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and the data warehouse, including deduplication, scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages.
  • Define the marketing data model and attribution priorities with B2B Marketing, Sales and Operations, and Data, and close data gaps across web, marketing automation, CRM, and the warehouse.
  • Implement monitoring, data quality standards, and governance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Set web and information architecture for B2B websites, covering CMS, forms, tracking, tag governance, and migration to AI-native site infrastructure.
  • Establish standards for web architecture rather than fulfilling individual page requests.
  • Run an experimentation program on B2B websites to improve conversion rates.
  • Make decisions on keeping, adding, building, or retiring B2B marketing tools based on cost, usage, and business impact.
  • Own the adoption of the B2B marketing stack, including processes, training, and documentation.
  • Lead and grow the B2B MarTech team across web platforms, web development, and marketing operations.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market Technology on architecture, system ownership, and the Salesforce roadmap.
  • Serve as B2B Marketing’s technical lead with Product and Engineering, building business cases and prioritizing requests.
  • Advise marketing and go-to-market leadership on B2B marketing technology with clear recommendations.
  • Report on speed of lead handoff to sales, lead-to-pipeline conversion, data reliability, and time to launch.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing technology, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
  • 2+ years managing people across technical and operations roles.
  • Deep expertise with an enterprise marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and Salesforce.
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing system connections: APIs, webhooks, data warehouses, CMS, and tag management.
  • Ability to review system designs and identify risks.
  • Experience designing a marketing data model (objects, fields, lifecycle and lead status, deduplication).
  • Experience setting attribution and data quality priorities.
  • Experience owning a B2B marketing website's architecture and improving conversion through experimentation.
  • Experience selecting and managing B2B marketing and sales tools (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, Clay, Chili Piper), including vendor and agency relationships and build, buy, or retire decisions.
  • Track record of translating marketing requirements into technical specifications with Product and Engineering.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority by clearly explaining tradeoffs.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
