Responsibilities
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
- Presenting the OTF concept to any prospected members, also known as “intros”
- Giving studio tours
- Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Selling memberships based on each intro's individual goals, availability, and most importantly, their "why"
- Following up with prospective clients daily
- Participating in marketing and outreach events, both in studio and off-site
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
