About the Role
We are looking for an organizational talent who loves variety, thinks ahead, gets involved, and ensures that everything is in the right place at the right time. Responsibilities
- Develop and realize diverse event formats within integrated campaigns, working closely with colleagues from creation, social media, account management, and other disciplines.
- Plan and manage classic event formats such as congresses, trade fairs, and press conferences, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Support the conception and implementation of roadshows, guerrilla actions, and live, hybrid, and digital events, contributing own ideas to the further development of formats.
- Advise clients on projects, coordinate the collaboration of all involved parties, and contribute to sustainable project success.
- Independently manage individual project components, keeping an eye on budgets, timings, service providers, and organizational processes at all times.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in live marketing, event management, or a comparable position on the agency or client side.
- A good sense for customer needs and the ability to develop creative concepts for analog, hybrid, and digital live experiences.
- Sound project management skills, reliably and structurally managing projects, timings, and external partners.
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor for interacting with clients, service providers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, solution-oriented, and as part of a team.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for innovative event and brand experiences.
- Willingness to share how you would like to be addressed (preferred name and pronouns) for consideration throughout the process.
