About the Role
Culinary Depot is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead installation crews on commercial kitchen projects. This field-based role requires local candidates to Spring Valley, NY, who are fluent in English and Spanish and can travel to job sites.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on as part of the installation crew.
- Lead and manage the crew on the job site.
- Read and work from construction drawings and equipment layouts.
- Ensure installation is completed correctly and according to plans.
- Identify and resolve field problems, missing materials, or discrepancies.
- Take accurate measurements and provide clear information for materials or fabrication.
- Keep the crew on track and the installation moving forward.
- Provide daily updates on job progress and outstanding issues.
Requirements
- Local to Spring Valley, NY or the surrounding area.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial kitchen installation or related construction experience.
- Experience leading or managing field crews.
- Ability to read construction drawings and equipment layouts.
- Strong understanding of measurements and field conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working as part of a crew while taking the lead.
