About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused technical team member to join our Professional Services organization, focusing on a diverse portfolio of Idira customers in UK & I, potentially across all EMEA. Our consultants serve as trusted advisors and technical experts, ensuring customers achieve long-term success and value from their SaaS platform. While this role is focused on PAM, we are looking for someone willing to become an expert across the Idira platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers across EMEA, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding through long-term adoption.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Guide customers on Privileged Access Management and security best practices.
- Contribute technical expertise to escalation scenarios.
- Act as the customer technical representative when working with other Idira technical teams.
- Provide expert guidance on Idira SaaS solutions.
- Anticipate technical challenges and risks.
- Monitor product usage and adoption trends.
- Support planning, implementation, configuration, and expansion of Idira SaaS solutions and adjacent solutions.
- Assist customers with configurations, troubleshooting, and integrations.
- Align with the account team on strategy for customers and share information.
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services teams.
- Represent the customer's voice internally.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Idira PAM experience ideally in a large, complex or modernized environment.
- Experience with Windows/Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security.
- Hands-on working knowledge with AI tools.
- Ability to resolve complex technical problems.
- Experience with endpoint protection agents is beneficial.
- Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
- Ability to speak a second language is advantageous.
- Current Security Clearance or willingness to complete the process is beneficial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects.
