About the Role
Join our team in Berlin as a Team Lead / Crew Chief for event staff, working either part-time or full-time. You'll be involved in the exciting world of concerts, from club shows to stadium events, gaining insights into the behind-the-scenes operations of major artists and global concerts while working in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Digital check-in/check-out of event staff
- Personnel management and quality control on projects
- Liaise between the office and event staff
- Prepare reports and minutes
- Be available and responsible for your crew
Requirements
- Experience in the event industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team leadership
- Very good German and English language skills
- Proactive, independent, and structured work approach
- Quick comprehension
- Teamwork and versatility
