About the Role
Join the opening team of an exciting new restaurant near Battersea Power Station, focusing on high-quality British produce and a scratch-made approach. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the daily operation of the kitchen.
- Lead service and maintain exceptional standards across all sections.
- Assist with kitchen administration, including ordering, stock control, HACCP records, and daily paperwork.
- Ensure consistency, organisation, and attention to detail throughout every aspect of service.
Requirements
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Sous-ready Chef de Partie.
- Passion for British seasonal cookery and exceptional produce.
- Excellent organisational skills and comfort with kitchen administration.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead with confidence and positivity.
- Desire to continue learning and growing within an ambitious company.
