About the Role
This full-stack engineering role designs, builds, and enhances the platform for acquiring, processing, and delivering data to customers. It spans ingestion, ETL, big data solutions, APIs, and web/mobile applications using AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, testable, and readable code
- Fail fast and use code refactoring in everyday practices
- Handle both routine and complex technical and data challenges
- Build client-facing/internal tools integrated with AI models for an enhanced user experience
- Efficiently ingest, normalize, and transform large amounts of data
- Automate routine and repeated processes wherever possible
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field (or work equivalent)
- Knowledge in Java, Python, React, and Node.js
- Knowledge in RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Knowledge in Relational, NoSQL, and Graph databases
- Knowledge in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes
- Knowledge in CI/CD frameworks
- Familiarity with AI integration tools
- Experience with CPG industry is a plus
- Experience with test-driven development is strongly preferred
- Experience with simple, automatic deployment is strongly preferred
- Experience with pair programming is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate with teammates, including Product and Design, about features and technology within your specific domain
