About the Role
Join Rentokil Pest Control as a Graduate Pest Control Technician, a role focused on problem-solving and customer support in Surbiton and surrounding areas. This position offers comprehensive training, with opportunities for career development within the company.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
- Tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
- Offering advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
- Completing accurate reports after every visit.
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image.
Requirements
- A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
- A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- May be required to pass a DBS check.
