About the Role
As a Beauty Consultant, you will be our CAIA Brand Ambassador, engaging customers with authentic advice and a passion for beauty. You will create a special shopping experience and build personal customer relationships with your sense for trends, products, and individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Individually advise customers based on their type and needs.
- Inspire customers with product knowledge and create a positive, welcoming shopping experience.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Be an expert on our products, including ingredients, textures, shades, and application techniques.
- Professionally demonstrate our products and offer make-up touch-ups at the counter.
- Provide advice that is individual, type-appropriate, and trend-conscious.
- Ensure the highest hygiene and service standards.
- Authentically and convincingly represent CAIA at the counter.
- Actively build long-term customer relationships and develop a loyal customer base.
- Professionally and effectively implement POS activations, events, and promotions at the counter.
- Ensure an attractive presentation of our products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with counter maintenance, ensuring order and cleanliness.
- Help ensure product availability at the counter.
Requirements
- First experience in stationary retail, ideally in the beauty or premium segment.
- Passion for make-up, beauty, and current trends.
- Good product and application knowledge in the make-up area.
- A qualification as a Make-up Artist or a comparable qualification is advantageous.
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
- Very good German language skills are essential.
- English language skills are a plus.
