Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain Engineering governance reporting, dashboards and management information.
- Support resource planning and capacity management across engineering teams and strategic initiatives.
- Manage engineering financial tracking, forecasts, budgets and supplier reporting.
- Facilitate operational governance forums, leadership meetings and action tracking.
- Monitor delivery performance, KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain oversight of risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
- Support quarterly and annual planning activities, including workforce planning and investment prioritisation.
- Drive consistency in reporting standards, governance processes and portfolio management tooling.
- Build strong relationships with Engineering leaders, Product teams, Delivery teams, suppliers and key business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through process optimisation, automation and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a PMO Analyst, Senior PMO Analyst or equivalent Technology PMO role.
- Proven experience supporting Engineering, Technology or Digital delivery organisations.
- Strong experience producing executive-level reporting and management information, including Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Demonstrable experience of governance, planning, financial management and resource management.
- Experience working within Agile, Product or Engineering-led environments.
- Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, analysis and forecasting.
- Experience managing supplier governance and operational performance reporting.
- Experience of workforce planning and capacity management.
- Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and Agile delivery frameworks.
