About the Role
The Azure Cloud Engineer provides high quality technical design, implementation, and integration to clients hosted in Azure Cloud. This role involves all project stages, including requirements, cloud services deployment, security, systems engineering, and operational readiness. The engineer will support R&D, Sales, and Delivery teams throughout the customer project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage cloud implementation in Azure (Azure Entra ID, Storage, SQL Databases, AppService, Key Vault, Data Factory, Virtual Machines, etc.).
- Implement security measures to protect customer environments.
- Monitor Azure resources and services to address performance issues and ensure infrastructure availability.
- Implement and maintain scripts for creating and updating Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Support R&D, Sales, and Delivery teams during project lifecycles.
- Achieve Microsoft certifications for Azure technologies.
Requirements
- 1 year working with Microsoft technologies and Azure.
- Knowledge of Azure resources and their management.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code implementation via Biceps, OpenTofu, Terraform or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic SQL server knowledge.
- Proficiency with scripting and monitoring tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Good English level; a second foreign language is a plus.

- Fast learner of new technologies, especially in Cloud and Microsoft domains.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Proactive in identifying potential issues and new opportunities to support customers.
